生化培养箱与恒温培养箱的差别

生化培养箱和恒温培养箱(电加热恒温培养箱)是常应用的二种实验室仪器,同为恒温箱,二者有哪些不同点呢。

Biochemical incubator and thermostatic incubator (electrothermal incubator) are two commonly used laboratory instruments. They are both thermostatic incubators. What are the differences between them?

一、产品特点不同

I. Different Product Characteristics

电加热恒温培养箱外罩壳用冷轧钢板冲压模具而成,表层静电喷塑,內胆为SUS不锈钢板,双向密封性,保温隔热材料为硅酸棉.箱里配有小型电扇,轻风循环系统,箱里溫度匀称.温度控制设备选用响应式温控液晶显示屏,无须控温参数调节,控温精度高,无超调,具有定时功能,超温保护功能。电器控制部分在顶部。

The outer cover of the incubator with electric heating and constant temperature is made of cold-rolled steel sheet stamping die. The surface layer is electrostatic sprayed plastic, the inner liner is SUS stainless steel plate, the two-way sealing property and the insulation material is silicate cotton. The incubator is equipped with a small fan, a light air circulation system, and the temperature in the incubator is uniform. The temperature control equipment adopts a response temperature-controlled liquid crystal display screen without adjusting the temperature control parameters. It has high temperature control precision, no overshoot, timing function and over-temperature protection function. The electrical control part is at the top.

生化培养箱由壳体.温度控制设备.加温制冷机组.送风模式道等一部分构成。壳体个人工作室为黑镜钢冲压模具而成,周围弧形构造。壳体机壳选用厚钢板表层静电喷塑。尾门配有视窗。个人工作室钢网高宽比可随意调节。工作室与箱体之间填充隔热性能好聚胺脂发泡板。温控装置主要有温控仪,温度传感器组成。温控仪具有超温保护、定时、掉电保护等功能,加热制冷系统由加热管、蒸发器、冷凝器、压缩机等构成。

The biochemical incubator is composed of shell, temperature control equipment, heating refrigeration unit and air supply mode channel. The shell personal studio is made of black mirror steel stamping die with arc structure around it. Thick steel plate surface electrostatic spraying is selected for shell case. The tail door is equipped with windows. The height-width ratio of steel mesh in personal studio can be adjusted at will. The polyurethane foam board with good thermal insulation performance is filled between the studio and the box body. Temperature control device mainly consists of temperature controller and temperature sensor. The temperature controller has the functions of over-temperature protection, timing and power-off protection. The heating and refrigeration system consists of heating tube, evaporator, condenser and compressor.

二、产品用途不同

生化培养箱主要用于生物化学反映的卵化,因此他们的门关键由夹层玻璃构成,用以在特殊溫度卵化反映,作业者可不在毁坏反映标准的前提条件下出外观查反映的转变;亦可用于细菌霉菌与控制菌的培养。

Biochemical incubators are mainly used for ovulation of biochemical reactions, so their key door is made of laminated glass, which can be used for ovulation at special temperatures. Operators can not put forward changes of appearance examination under the premise of destroying the reflection criteria, and can also be used for cultivation of bacterial fungi and control bacteria.

恒温培养箱主要用于塑造病菌和操纵菌,如同其名,其密闭性好,溫度是可控性稳定的,但不有利于出外观查。

Constant temperature incubator is mainly used for shaping pathogens and manipulating bacteria. As its name suggests, it has good airtightness and stable temperature controllability, but it is not conducive to appearance inspection.

三、产品温控不同

3. Different Temperature Control of Products

两者温度范围有很大区别,生化培养箱带制冷,温控一般在4-60℃,一些低温生化培养箱,温度可以达到-20~40℃,而恒温培养箱通常是室温+5~60℃。两者的控温精度不一样,生化培养箱精度要求很高,大约±0.1℃,而恒温培养箱只有±1℃

There are great differences in temperature range between the two. Biochemical incubator with refrigeration, temperature control is generally 4 - 60 C. Some low temperature biochemical incubators can reach - 20 - 40 C, while constant temperature incubator is usually room temperature + 5 - 60 C.
